POS Equipment Agreement
These words refer to purchasing epscy POS hardware products. By placing an order for POS hardware, you will be given and agree to the terms of this agreement.
Availability
We strive to maintain an appropriate inventory of all items. Stock shortages at our distributor may affect our ability to fulfill orders. We retain the right to cancel an order if we are unable to satisfy its criteria. If we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping
Inventory shortages or other success issues may also cause delays. Your order is dispatched using the service that we have selected. We will cover the shipping costs as long as the destination address is in the continental United States. When you place an order on our online store, we will provide you with an approximate shipment time. Please allow 1–2 commercial enterprise days for processing and delivery. We make every attempt to ship your purchase on time. After your order has been processed and fulfilled, we will send you an email with the order tracking number. Once your order has been fulfilled and placed in the hands of our chosen transportation carrier, we cannot guarantee any shipment date provided by the carrier.
Returns and refunds. We do everything we can to ensure that you are entirely delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a product is simply no longer right. You can also return your gear within 30 days of receiving it as long as it is in new condition and has the original packing.
Please be aware that Chip & Swipe Readers and physical playing cards are not returnable or refundable.
Returns are not accepted after 30 days. We only accept returns of hardware that we promote without delay to you. We will cover the cost of a hardware return as long as it is returned back to us using the provided return label and carrier. Priority shipping costs selected at checkout are not refundable. If we feel you are abusing the return policy (for example, by returning products on a few occasions or on a seasonal basis), we retain the right to refuse your return.
End-users and resellers
Our hardware programs are created with passion and care specifically for Epscy businesses. We have the right to refuse to promote and supply any goods to you if we have reason to believe you are no longer an Epscy customer. Similarly, consumeraid is only available to the individual hardware purchaser. We do not currently promote to or work with resellers.
Warranties
The guarantee on the devices described are primarily based on the authentic unit’s achievement date. A substitute unit does now notprolong the 1 yr assurance protected with POS Lite, or the as section of POS Pro.
These warranties cover defects in manufacturing determined while the use of the product as encour aged by way of the manufacturer. The assurance does now not owl harm induced via misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, unsuitable storage conditions, lightning, or herbal disasters.

Limitation of Liability
SourcingEdge does not accept legal responsibility for the purchase, use, or return of POS hardware or other merchandise outside of the procedures outlined herein, which include but are not limited to any legal responsibility for product now not being available for use, lost profits, loss of enterprise, or misplaced or corrupted information or software, or the provision of services and support. SourcingEdge will now not be liable for any consequential, exceptional, oblique, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any declaration made by any 0.33 party.You acknowledge that SourcingEdge is no longer liable or responsible for any damages in excess of the amount invoiced for the relevant product. Some countries may also no longer enforce all of these constraints, and only the boundaries that are lawfully applied to you in your jurisdiction will apply.
